Course Learning Objectives/Outcomes

By the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:
-Name one reason why using mandalas and coloring utensils can be useful when working with a child with ADHD.
-Explain how Non-Directive Play Therapy can help a Counselor provide a safe atmosphere for children.
-Name one reason why the symbolism of Play Therapy can be helpful if a child is having difficulty expressing his or her feelings.
